Registration Fee Inclusion

As the conference is intended to be a learning opportunity for your practice and ultimately the service you provide clients, you will be responsible for paying for your guest to attend President’s Academy.

President’s Academy Guest Base Registration Fee: $2,530 USD*

The Registration Base Fee will include the following:

  • Sedan transfers from San Francisco to Napa Valley
  • Coach transfer from Napa Valley to San Francisco
  • Two events in Napa Valley
  • Seven breakfasts
  • Coffee breaks at each of the two general sessions
  • Three events in San Francisco
  • Taxes and gratuities

*Transfer upgrades and optional tours will be in addition to the base registration fee.

Please note: As in the past, transfer for early arrivals into San Francisco are covered should you wish to go to Napa Valley in advance of the program.

President’s Program Guest Fee Payment Instruction

If you are bringing a guest, you will be charged their registration fee in July. This will include both their registration fee and any optional activities, if applicable.

Charges for your optional activities will be processed at the same time.

A communication will be sent once these charges have been processed and converted to Canadian Funds and will be debited from your Practice Credits. Should you not have sufficient Credits, the differences will be charged to your commission statement.

In addition to their registration fee, your guests airfare costs can be claimed through your Practice Credits following the standard procedure.
